Guidelines for Poster Presentation

Dear ICM Colleagues,

This guide contains all the information you need to prepare for your poster display, so please read all the information carefully. Please check your poster session schedule, session code and display time with your name and abstract title on the website (http://www.icm2014.org/en/program/scientific/poster). Please note that any changes to allocated session schedules will not be authorized.

• Language
All Poster presentations should be produced in English.

• Poster Display
The organizing committee will provide with a series of poster display boards. Posters should be affixed to the poster boards using double-sided adhesive tapes. It is recommended to bring your own stationeries in case of depletion of the prepared stationeries. There is no audio-visual equipment available for poster presentations.

• Schedule

• Poster Board Dimensions
Poster boards will be provided to display your materials. The board size is 2.5m high and 1m wide and the poster size is 1.6m high and 0.9m wide. Materials, including title, MUST NOT exceed the image area (see picture).

• Poster Design

• Poster codes supplied by the organizer will be placed in the top left of each poster board.
• Title, authors’ names, affiliations, countries should be included on the poster.
• The title should be the same as presented in the submitted abstract.
• It is a presenter’s responsibility to produce a comprehensible poster.
• The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to those posters, which are not removed by authors before the end of the removal time. Posters not removed by their authors at the stated time, will be automatically disposed.
• All posters should be produced by presenters. Any posters received via email will not be printed by the SEOUL ICM 2014.

＊Regarding the poster printing, presenters can visit printing centers near Coex. More detailed information including price about printing centers will be sent by e-mail.
