| Submission Instruction |
| Step 1: Prepare Abstract(s) |
 |
The title should be a maximum of 150 characters and should be in lower case with a leading capital letter |
 |
Authors' information: Presenting & corresponding authors’ information including correct email addresses are required. There can be no more than ten (10) authors per abstract. |
|
Each abstract should be less than 300 words |
|
Abstract should be written and presented in English. |
|
Table, diagram and picture are not allowed. |

| Step 2: Log on to the official website |
| Step 3: Select the PAPER Submission tab from the Program menu and sign-up first. |
| Step 4: Complete the author information. |
| Step 5: Complete the abstract details. |
Step 6: Upload a single tex file or a zip file containing a tex source, figure, and extra files. and Upload final PDF file and click on PDF icon.
*Please make sure that uploaded file is a final version and other files will not be forwarded to editors. |
| Step 7: Click ‘NEXT’ button and save or modify after review your abstract. |
| Step 8: Prepare Paper(s) |

Download the Style File follow the instruction. |
|
On the first page, please indicate ‘Type Setting’ that you used in your paper. |
|
| Step 9: Submit both TEX zip (Original TEX file) and PDF file of your paper. |
| Step 10: Paper Submission Acknowledgement will be automatically sent to you upon completed of E-submission. |

| Gallery Proof Correction will be uploaded on the system from May 1 to May 14, 2014. |
1. Case of no correction : Please click on 'OK' icon to complete paper submission process.
2. Case of correction : Please mark the correction on PDF (or on the printed version of paper) and send the corrected PDF (or scanned file of corrected paper) to icm2014proceedings@kyungmoon.com
3. No other corrections will be reflected on the proceedings after May 14, 2014. |
