 How to reach Gyeongju
 
 
There are five main ways to reach the GA venue at Gyeongju described below. Please check out more details by selecting one of the five options below.

Incheon (ICN), Seoul (GMP) and Busan (PUS) are the most convenient international airports. The nearest airport to Gyeongju is Gimhae Int’l Airport located in Busan. If you fly to Incheon (ICN), the most convenient way is to take a KTX train (Korean Bullet Train) to Gyeongju (Please check the Option 4 & 5 below). .

We will maintain welcome desks at Incheon (ICN), Seoul (GMP) and Busan (PUS) On August 8 and 9. If you fly to Incheon (ICN) or Seoul (GMP), ICM staff at the booth will help you to take a KTX train to Gyeongju. There is also a welcome desk with ICM staff at Seoul station(KTX) as well. At the KTX station in Gyeongju, ICM staff will assist you to get to the GA venue (Hyundai hotel). If you fly to Busan (PUS), ICM staff at the booth will guide you to take a bus to Gyeongju Bus Terminal, where ICM staff will help you to get to the GA venue.

Free shuttles from Gyeongju Express Bus Terminal, from Gyeongju Bus Terminal, and from Singyeongju KTX station to the GA venue (Hyundai Hotel) will be provided on August 8 and 9. The detailed schedule will be informed about August 1st via email and website.

We highly recommend that you book your train tickets (KTX) from Incheon Airport station (or Seoul station) to Singyeongju station in advance. Because it is a vacation season in Korea, you might not secure your seat unless you reserve it in advance.

Welcome Desk
(1) We will maintain welcome desks (Desk No.44 & No.19) at the passengers terminal(1F).
(2) ICM staff at the desk will guide you to take KTX to Singyeongju station.
 
By Train (KTX)
 
(1) From July 2014, KTX trains (Korean Bullet Train) run directly from Incheon International airport (ICN) to Gyeongju, four times a day.

(2) The tickets from Incheon Airport station (AREX) to Singyeongju station (KTX) can be purchased via online; http://www.letskorail.com/ebizbf/EbizBfTicketSearch.do or at the travel center situated in B1 of the Airport passenger terminal.

(2) ICM staff will assist you to get to both Hyundai and Commodore hotels.
